Advanced Availability System
The TDP Advanced Availability System is a key component of TDP. It enables the client
to reduce distribution costs and drives competitive advantage through improved performance
of online reservations systems.
The Availability System is a configurable component within the TDP platform. It
stores availability requests and results from host inventory systems (e.g. Airline CRS)
and 3rd party inventory systems, re-using the data for processing and refreshing itself,
based on unique business logic. The Availability
System dramatically reduces the number of
host transactions and consequently the cost of sale. The availability system also
dramatically improves the response times for the customer, which results in improved
