Online & Mobile

Philippine Airline customers can make an online booking, shop for ancillaries or retrieve their reservations via all online devices – PC/ mobile.

Corporate Portal

As a full-service carrier, Philippine Airlines has special promos and travel packages customized for companies with employees requiring frequent travel, either individually or as a group, and complemented by PAL’s frequent flyer rewards program. All these can be managed via the Datalex Corporate Portal which allows Philippine Airlines’ tie-up companies to book online and avail of negotiated fares.

Multiple Forms of Payment

Datalex has enabled multiple forms of payment for Philippine Airlines. As well as credit cards, Datalex enabled BancNet debit card form of payment which is a first in the airline industry. BancNet is the largest interbank consortium connecting the ATM networks of local and offshore banks in the Philippines and used by approximately 6.6 million cardholders in the Philippines. In China, Philippine Airlines accepts Alipay – China’s leading third-party online payment solution with over 550 million registered users.

Smart Wallet (Credit Bank)

Datalex’ Credit Bank provides Philippine Airlines with the ability to grant and maintain commercial credit accounts to their enrolled corporate accounts.  These corporate accounts can use the Credit Bank as a form of payment for ticketing and other payment transactions.

Offer Management

Pricing and offer management components are used to configure accurate pricing, availability and sales content for fares, limitless ancillary/optional products and services and an extensive array of non-air ancillary offerings.

Order Management

Customers can readily access and modify itineraries online, select seats and modify contact details – enabling self-service and reducing traffic to the call centre. This is the customer hub for all pre-trip, during-trip and post-trip operations and a record of all offers and purchases at all touchpoints. This ensures one single view of the customer throughout their travel retail experience.

Branded fares: Philippine Airlines can dynamically price and tailor branded offers (fare families) across channel, device and touchpoint. Philippine Airlines currently offers 5 fare family offers.
