Your attention is drawn to the Company’s statement of 27 March 2019, available on this website, entitled “Datalex plc – findings from the accounting review and 2018 results update”. The Company has confirmed in its statement of 27 March 2019 that the Datalex Group’s revenue, adjusted EBITDA and profit for the half year ended 30 June 2018 comprised in the 2018 interim results were misstated and has confirmed that the Datalex Group will restate its 2018 interim results in H2 2019.  The statements and information contained in the 2018 interim results, and related announcement of 28 August 2018, are, accordingly,  historical in nature and outdated, and readers are cautioned that they should not be relied upon.
