The Company is committed to high standards of corporate governance and the Board is responsible for ensuring those high standards are achieved.
The Company has formally elected to adopt the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code (the ‘QCA Code’) and complies with its obligations under the Companies Act, Euronext Growth Rules, Rules for Euronext Growth Advisors, the Irish Takeover Rules, and the Market Abuse Regulation. The Group is committed to high standards of corporate governance as set out in the QCA Code. Our Corporate Governance Statement is set out in our Annual Report.

Number of Securities in Issue
As at 8 July 2021, Datalex plc had 132,153,842 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities. In so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of Ordinary Shares not in public hands was approximately 40.5%.

Datalex PLC is a public limited company incorporated in Ireland and its ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Market of Euronext Dublin. As a result, the company is subject to the provisions of the Irish Takeover Rules. The Irish Takeover Rules regulate acquisitions of the company's securities.
