Datalex has announced the appointment of Gillian French as a non-executive director of the Company. Gillian French, who’s appointment is effective from today (Thursday 22^nd June), is a veteran people leader, organisational behaviourist, senior executive coach, and HR strategist with over 20 years’ experience. Gillian started her career in the hotel industry, working for the Jury Doyle Group where she held numerous business leadership roles. Gillian then diversified her career, moving into high growth scaling technology businesses where she served as Chief People officer for CarTrawler and for Cubic Telecom. Gillian now works with Workvivo, the leading employee internal communications platform, as their Chief People Strategist she contributes to their thought leadership and works with the team on the organisations people strategy. She is passionate about people strategy, building resilient and sustainable organisational culture and improving global employee experience. Gillian is also a board advisor with ReganWall law firm. Datalex Chairman David Hargaden commented on the appointment: "I am pleased to welcome Gillian to the Board.
