Datalex and Gr4vy entered an exclusive agreement in 2025 to collaborate in the airline sector, combining their strengths to help airlines future-proof their payment systems and unlock new revenue opportunities. This partnership is built on a shared vision to simplify and modernise airline payments with Datalex contributing decades of deep airline retailing expertise and payment capabilitiesand Gr4vy bringing powerful, modern payment infrastructure to the table. 

Gr4vy’s cloud native, payment orchestration infrastructure is integrated directly into DLX Pay, Datalex’s airline specific payment platform. The integration between Datalex and Gr4vy will enable airlines to increase conversion and manage and scale payments more flexibly, removing the burden of complex, multi-provider integrations and costs associated with legacy infrastructure upgrades.

International Air Transport Association (IATA)

 

Since becoming an IATA Strategic Partner in 2020, Datalex has been actively contributing to the development of next-generation airline retailing initiatives and standards in areas such as Shop Order Pay and Offers & Orders Transformation. Datalex has been deeply engaged in the development of NDC and One Order standards.

With decades of expertise developing offer and order capabilities, Datalex has been a key partner to IATA in shaping the future of Modern Airline Retailing (MAR) with Offers & Orders from the outset – uniquely positioning Datalex to support airlines through the transition to the end-state of full Offers & Orders.

Datalex is also an active member in several key IATA working groups and forums that are instrumental in defining the future of airline retailing, including Offers & Orders Working Groups (OOWG), Offers & Orders Technology Standards Support Groups (OOTSSG), Shop Order Pay Standards Board Advisory Forums (SOPSB AF), and Airline Product Management Working Groups (APMWG).

These engagements ensure Datalex remains at the forefront of industry standards, working closely with IATA and airlines globally. Datalex also actively participates in the vendor activities of the IATA Consortium of Modern Airline Retailing airlines – helping to accelerate the transition to 100% Offers & Orders.
